How do I receive the "free shipping"
special ?
We will pay shipping costs on orders of
over US$100 and less than 4 lbs. - that are being sent to a single
continental US .address. Follow checkout procedures as you normally would
w/ shipping included. If your order meets the special requirements,
we will automatically refund shipping costs via Paypal. Orders are shipped
through UPS and/or The US Postal Service.

How are the orders shipped ?
To addresses in the US, orders are shipped
through UPS and/or The US Postal Service. They are processed in the order
received. They are processed Wednesday - Friday 8am-4pm. Depending on product
availablity , orders are shipped within 1 - week after being
placed. If your product is on backorder for more than a week you will be
notified. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery depending on your
location in the US. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Is it safe to send my credit card
information over the internet ?
We use
PayPal, an
100% Safe and Secure Server. In fact, safer than giving your credit card
to a stranger at a store counter! If you are still apprehensive, we do
accept Checks and Money Orders via our mailing address. Contact us

Can I cancel an order ?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS
can be accepted, except in the case where an item is on backorder and you
do not wish to wait. The moment the purchase order is received and
payment in full is confirmed, that purchase order has prompted the
distribution process to take immediate action on behalf of the purchase
order. When a customer negotiates a purchase order via this website, our
company (and U.S. law) consider it a legally-binding contractual request
by you for our services, as part of the Electronic Signature Act passed by
majority vote of the U.S. Congress and signed into U.S. law by U.S.
