Straight & Relaxed Textures.    
Color: (Reference color chart below), highlights/streaks are available upon request for an additional $50.00.

Measurements: All of our wigs are custom made. A Diagram
of how to measure your head will be sent to you with your order form.

Lace/Cap Material: We offer two different types of lace: Swiss Lace (very fragile, undetectable) &
French Lace (stronger, more durable,
undetectable). We do not suggest Swiss lace for new wig wearers.  The material can tear easily if you are not experienced in applying your wig.  We also offer thin skin which is
material made to look like actual skin. *Most who
request this type of cap are usually bald.  This cap
can get a little hot underneath if you have hair.
Please provide skin tone with order.  
Density: (Density is how many hairs are added to the base of the unit) Your choices are Light, Extra
Light, Medium, Light to Medium, Medium Heavy, &
Heavy.

Bleached Knots: This specification gives the  effect that the hairs are growing out of your scalp.

Baby Hairs: (Can be added upon request)  For a natural hairline.

Length: Ranging from 6-26 inches

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the difference between a full lace wig and a lace front wig?
  The difference between the two is that a lace front wig is a wig made with the lace only along the front
hairline with an elastic band at the nape.  This type of lace wig provides an
undetectable front hairline but has limited hairstyling possibilities due to the fact that it is
only undetectable along the front hairline.

Full Lace Wigs are made of a full lace cap. Some come with stretch lace added in the center to allow some ease
just in case your custom measurements are off.  A Full Lace Wig is more undetectable
than a lace front wig because it gives a natural appearance all around the entire hairline
front, sides, and back.  This type of wig may be worn in high pony tails and parted
anywhere on the head.

 *Do you have a Payment Plan?
Yes, we do offer a payment plan.  To qualify for this plan you must be placing a wig order
of $500 or more.  You will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of 50% and the
remaining balance must be paid off within 90 days.  The order begins processing, however no
merchandise will be shipped to you if a balance is still remaining.  Again, this deposit is
non-refundable so even if the order is cancelled you will not receive your deposit back.  Please contact us if you would like to sign up for a payment plan and a checkout button is not available for your deposit amount. 

 Can I apply heat to my new wig?
Yes, you can curl, flat iron, and even roller set your new wig (place wig onto mannequin
head and insert rollers, then set under dryer). *Remember this is REAL Hair!

Can I get my unit wet?
Yes, you can wash and condition your unit just as you would your own hair. There are some products we do not recommend, however you will receive that list with your purchase. You can
even swim in it with certain adhesives (but just as you would to your own hair, you must
wash and condition your unit after swimming).  Also you must wait 24 hours after applying
your unit before getting it wet!

 How will I apply my unit?
In your shipment of adhesives, you will receive an instruction packet on how to apply
your unit. We suggest you seek a professional cosmetologist to apply your wig.  However, you can do it yourself.

Am I going to apply the adhesive all over my hair?
No! You will only apply adhesive around the perimeter of your hairline, never touching your
hair.  This is the reason we suggest you get a hairstylist to apply the wig.  

What am I going to do with my real hair?
Your hair will be braided, wrapped, or molded to
provide a flattened appearance for easy application just as you would with any wig.  Then you will place a wig cap over your hair.  We suggest a flesh colored wig cap, which will provide
a realistic scalp-like appearance under your wig system.

How long can my unit last?
With proper care and maintenance, your unit can last months and even years.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our Wigs are made of the finest human hair and hand tied onto a lace base, carefully
and properly to provide the natural appearance you desire.  We also take down your
head measurements so that this wig is custom made to fit YOUR head. Therefore, it
takes on average about 4-6 weeks for shipment depending on work load.

 How will I know when my order has been shipped?
After processing, you will be provided a tracking number for USPS which can be used to
track your order.  If you have requested overnight shipment no tracking number is
provided but your shipment is guaranteed USPS to be delivered by 3pm
the next day.

 Can I request faster shipment?
Yes, rush delivery is available for an additional $35.00. This does not change the amount of time that it takes to make
the unit.  When your order is complete, it will receive top priority and will be shipped next day delivery.  

Can I get a refund on my order if I do not like it?
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow refunds.  Once order has been placed, all
sales are final.  Each order is custom made so please make sure measurements are correct when
ordering.  We encourage you to send us a picture of your desired style for accuracy.

How do I place my order?
You can make your purchase by clicking a "order now" button next to the type and length
wig you wish to purchase. Then, within 24hours you will receive an email with an order form for you to complete. We will show you how to correctly measure your head for a truly custom fit.
Complete the order form and send it back to us.  It's that simple!  If we have any questions, we will contact you, either by email or phone.  After your order has been verified and completed you will receive it in 4-6 weeks
along with any adhesives you may have purchased and application instructions for each. If you would like a professional stylist to attach your unit, please let us know!
